Following up with the Forbes Article, we would like to know how the travel restrictions have affected your long-distance relationships.
Forbes recognizes the struggle couples face - “Like everyone else, unmarried couples living apart—in two different countries—worry about the impact of the virus on their health, work, and everyday lives. But this angst is compounded by lengthy and painful separations, as well as uncertainties about where and when they’ll see each other again.”
Some are even arguing that couples “deserve to be recognized as ‘essential’ travelers rather than tourists” and it is working. Denmark, Iceland, Czechia, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, and the Netherlands have all reevaluated entry requirements for long-distance couples.
